Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hope Industries Inc. dba Daily Paychecks service (the “Service”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Hope Industries Inc. dba Daily Paychecks is a motivation and accountability tool. We send you daily text messages that include a motivational “paycheck” image and a daily check-in prompt, together with periodic progress check-ins, to help you stay focused on your goals. The paycheck images are for motivation only: they are not real paychecks, have no monetary value, and cannot be cashed, deposited, transferred, or used as proof of income or earnings. Hope Industries Inc. dba Daily Paychecks does not pay you and is not a source of income, employment, or financial return.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
The Service is a paid subscription billed on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing. To cancel or for billing questions, contact us using the details at the end of these Terms.
4. Our Full-Participation Guarantee
4.1 The guarantee. We stand behind the program. If you maintain an active paid subscription for twelve (12) consecutive months and, during that entire period, you (a) complete your daily check-in every day by replying to each daily text; (b) receive your daily paycheck image every day; (c) complete every monthly progress check-in; and (d) complete the re-onboarding step in any month your progress rating is below 7 out of 10, then within 30 days after your twelve-month period ends you may email [email protected] to request (1) a full refund of the subscription fees you actually paid during that period and (2) a one-time payment of $1,000.
4.2 What "every day" and "every month" mean. "Every day" and "every month" mean each such period in U.S. Central Time, with none missed. A daily check-in counts only if you reply to that day's text by 11:59 p.m. U.S. Central Time on the same calendar day the text is sent. A reply of STOP, HELP, or any other opt-out or help keyword, and any automated, bulk, or auto-generated reply, does not count as a daily check-in. If we fail to send a daily paycheck or a monthly check-in for reasons within our control, that day or month will not count against you.
4.3 Opting out ends eligibility. Because the guarantee requires you to receive your daily paycheck image and reply every day, opting out of text messages (for example, by replying STOP) ends your participation in the guarantee for that twelve-month period, even if you later opt back in.
4.4 Your subscription must stay continuous. "Twelve (12) consecutive months" means twelve uninterrupted months of paid subscription with no lapse. If a payment fails, your subscription is paused, or you cancel, your consecutive period ends. Starting again begins a new twelve-month period from the new start date. Subscription fees that are refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not received and kept by us do not count toward the refund.
4.5 Verification and our records. Our records of the messages we send and receive, and of your subscription and payments, are the authoritative basis for deciding whether you met the conditions above. We may verify your eligibility before paying and may ask you to confirm information. We will make eligibility determinations reasonably and in good faith.
4.6 How and when we pay. If we confirm your request is valid, we will issue (1) the refund of subscription fees, normally to your original payment method, and (2) the $1,000 payment, by check or another method we choose, within sixty (60) days after we verify the request. All amounts are paid in U.S. dollars.
4.7 One guarantee per person. The guarantee may be claimed once per person. Only one payout is available per individual, account, household, mobile number, and payment method. Maintaining or claiming through more than one account does not multiply the benefit and may disqualify you.
4.8 Good faith and anti-abuse. The guarantee is void where it is claimed through false or inaccurate information, multiple or duplicate accounts, automated or simulated replies, or any attempt to game, automate, or circumvent the daily and monthly requirements. We may decline a claim that does not meet these Terms.
4.9 Taxes. The $1,000 payment may be taxable, and we may issue a Form 1099 where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes on the payment.
5. Results — No Income or Earnings Promise
Hope Industries Inc. dba Daily Paychecks is a motivation and accountability tool, and your results depend on your own efforts and many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any income, earnings, financial outcome, business result, or specific level of success. The paycheck images we send are motivational only and do not represent money you have earned or will earn. While we cannot guarantee your results, we stand behind the program through the Full-Participation Guarantee in Section 4.
6. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By providing your mobile number through the chat widget on our website and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Hope Industries Inc. dba Hope Industries Inc. dba Daily Paychecks, including daily reminders, a daily check-in, your daily paycheck image, and periodic progress check-ins.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and will stop receiving messages.
• For help, reply HELP, or contact us using the details below.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; carrier participation may change.
How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse, copy, resell, or interfere with the Service. You agree not to use the paycheck images or any other Service content to deceive or defraud anyone, including using them as proof of income, employment, or earnings.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its content, images, and software, is owned by Hope Industries Inc. dba Daily Paychecks and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hope Industries Inc. dba Daily Paychecks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in this section limits or reduces your rights under the Full-Participation Guarantee in Section 4.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts located in Oklahoma.
